However it has opened up a new problem. When i play the actual game, the game always crashes after i create my character, i have now tried many, many times, and i am always unable to get past that one bit in the game, after the first Cutscene. This is where i ask for your help. And It will continue to fail. Trust me, I had the exact same problem, and posted a message on here about it not too long ago. I couldn't get pass the black screen after the character creation and opening crawl - right after the first movie, and kept hearing sound effects in the background with nothing but a black screen for about 3 or 4 minutes - which soon after led into a crash.

I run my graphics on high with no problems, with the exception of the Assault on Tython end cutscene. I logged in to play the new content. Within five minutes on Ossus scanning, game freeze. Restart game, log in, turn down graphics to low - freeze on cut scene. After 5 more tries I get to the ship - Freeze up. Basically, the new content is unplayable for me. I am mad so I haven't tried any other stuff to see if it the problem has found its way into other content but if I know SWTOR, it has. Anybody else having this problem? | |
